Yama-arashi, the mountain storm. A legendary technique that those MUCH, MUCH more knowledgable than I at the Kodokan have described in contrasting ways and it is a technique that whilst has aided the existence of Kodokan Judo in the past, is still shrouded in controversy. Therefore, unlike any other techniques in these pages, I will hand the description over to Kodokan.org.
